Delivering flowers to hospital patients can sometimes be tricky. Following are some useful tips to help ensure your hospital flower order is delivered timely and accurately.

Double check the name of the hospital.
Always include the patient’s hospital room number.
Some emergency and intensive care units have a “no flower” policy. Please confirm that flower deliveries can be delivered to your recipient.
New mothers are sometimes registered under their maiden names. It is a good idea to confirm how they are registered before sending.
Please utilize Special Instructions below to provide other helpful details including requested delivery time, ward, wing or other helpful details.
Most same day hospital deliveries require a 3 hour turn around. We will try our best but we cannot guarantee delivery without a minimum 3 hours notice.
